The Season Illuminated

Christmas in London!  What a treat!  Our holidays were spent back in the States but I tried to experience as much of the holiday as I could before I left.   Here is one last look at the magic of the season - London style.

Ice skating at Somerset House with the tree decorated by Tiffany.

Sloane Square - one of my favorites.

Iconic Harrods

St. Christopher Place off of Oxford

Eye candy at Fortnum and Mason's!

Festive shopping at the Piccadilly Arcade

Tiffany windows.  These are actually miniatures - those are rings.

Brightly lit stores along Bond Street/Oxford Street

Lights along Oxford Street - yes, it really is sponsored by Marmite!  You either love it or you don't!!

Covent Garden

The Lego advent calendar in Covent Garden

St. Pancras Train Station

Natural History Museum

Regent Street

Claridge Hotel, London

Leadenhall Market

Peter Jones in Sloane Square

And the last tree I saw before heading back to America - the glittering Swarovski Christmas Tree in Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5

Until next year!
